We use standard tracked delivery service for all the orders. If you need to have your order by a certain date, we recommend that you email us to discuss faster shipping methods available.
How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
We ship “in-stock” orders within 48 business hours of receiving confirmation of payment. A physical address is needed to be present on all orders to not delay any shipments. The standard shipping method for local shipping takes 3-7 days to deliver.
However, expedited shipping can be provided on request for additional charges (Shipping time : 2 – 3 days). If ordering internationally, please keep in mind that delays may occur especially due to customs. How Can I Return a Product?
Try our shears for 14 days, if you don’t absolutely love the shears, send them back in new condition (no nicks and chips in blades) with all the packaging material for a full refund*.
No returns will be accepted unless prior authorization has been granted and a Return Authorization (“RA”) number has been assigned. To receive your RA number, please contact us via email at email@example.com
